Para os capitalistas privados, também depende: quem tem acesso à corte, aos empréstimos facilitados do rei, às concorrências públicas e outras mamatas oficiais, também pode ser relativamente rápido.
Em todo caso, eu apreciaria saber quanto leva no Brasil, não sendo um Eike Batista, ou qualquer tipo de capitalista promíscuo.
