CALL FOR PAPERS
Brazilian Journal of Law and Public Policy

We invite all interested scholars to consider submitting a paper to the next edition of the Brazilian Journal of Law and Public Policy (RBPP). Ranked by the Brazilian National Counsel of Technological and Scientific Development as Qualis B2 in Law, RBPP is becoming an important academic asset in the quest for development and construction of critical views about Law and Public Policy. The Brazilian Journal of Law and Public Policy is indexed on the following databases: HeinOnline, LexisNexis, NewJournal (Georgetown University), Directory of Open Access Journals, Portal periódicos CAPES, Directory of Research Journals Indexing, WorldCat, among others.
The call for papers is open to articles focusing on at least one of the themes mentioned bellow:
- New trends in Constitutional and Administrative Law;
- Theory of public policies;
- Governmental system;
- Electoral system and citizenship;
- Political Party system and constitutional reform;
- Criminal Proceedings
- Sustainable development and environment;
- Human Rights and development;
- Administration of government action;
- Methodology of evaluation of public policies and development policies;
- Legal methodology of public policy analysis;
- Results of analysis of public policy;
- Research in sectorial public policy.
SUBMISSION PROCESS
Manuscripts may be submitted in English, French, Portuguese, or Spanish. RBPP reserves the right to reject articles if the level of the chosen language is insufficient. A double blind peer-reviewing policy is adopted. The response from the first review will normally be provided within 20 days from the submission. Authors should preferably hold a Master’s Degree or a PhD and/or have a strong professional/academic background in Law, Political Science or related field at the time of submission. RBPP considers all manuscripts on the strict condition that they have been submitted only to RBPP, that they have not been published already, nor are they under consideration for publication or in press elsewhere.
