Vice Chancellor Anayansi Rodríguez and her counterpart Carlos Márcio Bicalho, Secretary of Multilateral Political Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Brazil, converged on the need to strengthen the coordination of positions on issues of common interest in defense of the interests of the South.
