Revisitando velhas listas, surpresas em certas voltas: trabalho sobre uma arquitetura diplomatica (2006)

Repassando, corrigindo, simplificando velhas listas de trabalhos, originais e publicados, de vez em quando algum link se ativa, e uma surpresa surge. Este registro, por exemplo, estava dormindo em algum canto, e apareceu assim de repente, sem que eu me lembre de tê-lo visto antes:

Abstract: Assessment of the literature and discussion on the main issues of Lula's diplomacy (2003-2006), according to three main groups of authors: "authorized voices", "sympathetic allies" and "independent or critical analysts". For each one of the groups, this bibliographic essay identifies key subjects and preferred arguments of main authors. Perhaps, a new feature of the debate is not exactly diplomatic efforts of Lula's government to open new grounds in international and regional spaces, or even its new discourse, but the very fact that Brazilian diplomacy became a battle ground of ideas, far away from the old consensus and unanimity it enjoyed up to now.
