Institute for Economics and Peace (IEP) Ranked Among Top Global Think Tanks The Global Go To Think Tank Index ranks IEP in the top 15 most impactful think tanks in the world with a budget of less than $5 million USD. Only four years after the establishment of the IEP, we're honoured to be included in three different areas of this leading ranking. Share Tweet TOP THINK TANKS The University of Pennsylvania's "2013 Global Go To Think Tank Index" is the result of an international survey of almost 2,000 scholars, donors, policy makers and members of the media, who help rank more than 6,500 think tanks in the world. IEP was ranked in the top 15 with a budget of less than $5 million USD, as well as one of the top Think Tanks to Watch and one of the best Institutional Collaboration Involving Two or More Think Tanks. The Founder and Executive Chairman of IEP, Steve Killelea, stated: "This is a most welcomed acknowledgement of the effort of everyone involved in establishing IEP over the past four years, as well as of the global relevance of the study and analysis of the causes of peace". MORE INFORMATION Share Tweet POSITION VACANT The Institute for Economics and Peace is currently accepting applications for the position of Executive Director of IEP-US. Based in New York, the Executive Director of IEP-US will report to the Executive Chairman and will be responsible for the development of IEP in the US, including the building of its team and its American profile. This will entail responsibility for the overall management and day-to-day operations of IEP-US, ensuring compliance with the Institute’s directives and applicable regulations, as well as responsibility for fundraising and outreach.
