O mundo todo toma conhecimento de quão baixo pode descer um serviço diplomático outrora respeitado e elogiado, hoje objeto de comiseração e ridículo.
Imagino a cena do embaixador brasileiro em Bejing cumprindo as instruções oficiais recebidas por telegrama secreto de Brasília, diretamente do gabinete do infeliz e subserviente chanceler: os diplomatas da divisão que cuida do Brasil na chancelaria chinesa recebem polidamente a demanda de retirada do seu embaixador em Brasília, agradecem e depois... NADA! Nem se dignam a uma resposta, sequer um comentário a respeito.
Um dia conheceremos a resposta do embaixador, que deve começar pela tradicional e ritualística fórmula: “Cumpri instruções. No dia [xx/xx], atendendo à minha demanda, fui recebido pelo Desk Brasil da chancelaria chinesa, terceiro secretário [Fulano], a quem comuniquei o pedido de Vossência, tal como é o desejo do Senhor Presidente da República. O secretário [Fulano] agradeceu minha visita e informou que elevaria a demanda ao conhecimento dos seus superiores. Aguardo resposta, que prontamente transmitirei à SERE.” Assinado.

China ignores requests to exchange Bolsonaro ambassadors in Brazil – 02/14/2021 – Worldwide
Convinced by Chancellor Ernesto Araújo, President Jair Bolsonaro last year asked the Chinese regime to change ambassador to Brazil, Yang Wanming.
The measure was taken in April and repeated in November, after clashes via social networks between the diplomat and MP Eduardo Bolsonaro. Beijing ignored the Brazilian request on both occasions.
Ernesto took care of President Bolsonaro’s son and severed his relationship with Yang.
The trigger behind the request was the Twitter clash between Eduardo and the Chinese diplomat. In March 2020, the MP published a text comparing the Covid-19 pandemic to the Chernobyl nuclear accident (1986) and claiming that the Chinese regime was responsible for the spread of the disease.
